Artist George Hunt was commissioned by Steve Wynn to paint these images for the Beau Rivage Casino Resort in Biloxi, Mississippi.  Skip's Mississippi Blues was used for the original menu cover for their restaurant Memphis Q.  These were produced in an edition of 1000 each, and fewer than 20 remain available in the edition.
